Sales staff was patient and able to find the correct vehicle for my needs

My sales representative Mike Karmer is amazing!!! This guy knows how to take care of his customers and ensure he gets the best deal available. I’ll definitely be looking for Mr Kramer on my next vehicle. He’s the man !!!!

I was told that they'd have my vehicle diagnosed in 1 hour (10:00 AM). From around 10:30 AM to 00 AM to about 4:00 PM no one answered the phone or would call me back. I tired the office, service, parts, and ultimately sales. Finally, late afternoon, Matthew finally called me with a lame excuse as to why he couldn't call. I am extremely disappointed in Lake Chevrolet's inability to communicate!

Had the tires rotated, spin balanced, and they never even check the air pressure. Charge me for a gallon of windshield washer. And I know it didn't take more than a quart at the most. Because I always check it, also find one loose wheel cap

I started with them picking up my car at home as it is my only transportation. My 10 year old Chevy Cruz engine was missing while driving. They found the problem and fixed it that day. They also returned my car promptly. It's now running great. I've had minimal problems with my car and am quite happy with my purchase.

Vancella was great, very understanding, communicative and not pushy. Only thing I would say, was that the vehicle was not able to be held without a down payment, so I could think about it to make sure it was a good decision and to ensure I could get the funds for the vehicle. I understand this is company policy and the down payment could have been refunded if I was not able to get the funding for the vehicle.

I thought labor cost was pretty high this time. Other than that, everything else was excellent as usual.

Customer service is good. They are usually responsive to calls and messages. We were unhappy this time to discover the oil change sticker on our windows appears smudged with oil and there are oily smudges on the interior area near the sticker. Noticeable on the light color of the interior.

I had some issues with a software update during my last service, so I took my Silverado back to have the issues investigated. During the service, they noticed that the right front tire had a puncture, so they fixed the puncture, reset all the sensors, fixed the software problem, and refused to charge me for the service. Service at Lake has always been excellent from sales to maintenance. Lake is simply outstanding at everything and this is why I recommend them to other potential customers and I'll always keep going back. They're a great dealership with really superb professionals. Kudos to everyone who works there, but especially the entire service department.

This was my first time buying a 90K truck online, sight unseen. I have to say with the help of Ryan Esh he made the experience very simple. I'm not the easiest person to deal with and I had tons of questions. He answered every one of them. He send me videos and we did Facetime and it was like I was there. Not to mention I traded in a vehicle. This was all online, phone and mail. Great dealership to work with. If you need a vehicle, call Ryan Esh. Thank you sir for all of your help.

Waited 2 1/2 weeks for a part. The truck had 44000 miles. 2 months over warranty. Replaced a part that has a well known problem since 2019. GM paid some of the cost but I still had a bill of nearly $900 . I've been a loyal GM owner and buyer, especially Chevrolet my whole life. I'm lead to believe that GM treated me wonderful by covering some of the cost. With a known problem with the transmission, I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling. Doing some soul searching if I'll buy GM again.

Mike our salesman picks up our truck at my work and drops it when its service is done you can not get any better than that when I buy again it will be from Lakes

Was charged $3 for wiper fluid however I filled wiper fluid completely to the top the night before. I called back in and left a message for Matt to return a call to me questioning this however I’m still waiting on him to return my call. He probably won’t return my call because he doesn’t like us.

We did NOT have our car serviced on September 22nd

Came in for a tire change and state inspection. Service was prompt and price was favorable. Only small critique, there was a not of residue from mounting the tires on wheels and sidewalls.

They were quick and solved the problem !

My check engine light came on, I called with the error code and the service associate I talked to called to find out if it was under my warranty and got it in to fix quickly. The employees my parents dealt with when dropping the vehicle off were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a very pleasant experience

The service department provided me with a very nice loaner while my car was at the collision center.

They got our inspection and oil change in on the day requested and had it completed quickly.

Well for starters I purchased this truck in June of 2025 with around 16,700 miles on it. I go to have it inspected in January 2026 with 21,500 miles on it and they say they can't inspect it cause the tires are dry cracked. He said the tires are MFG date of 2017 and you will have to get new tires. So, to my point this truck was inspected in January 2025 with nothing wrong with it and nothing wrong with it when I purchased it so in 6 months with less than 5000 miles I have to put new tires on it. They did help pay for the new tires, but I had to pay the first $350.00 the new tires were only $123.00 a tire so I pretty much bought them all this is what I don't get ?????????
